Options range from full mat classes to chair-based sessions that require no special clothing or equipment — your team can participate in what they're already wearing. Ideal for wellness days, recurring lunch-hour programs, or company retreats.

An introduction to pranayama — yogic breathing techniques — as a practical tool for managing stress and sharpening focus. Fully accessible to complete beginners, no mat or movement required. Works well as a standalone session or as a complement to a movement class.

Yoga classes for apartment communities, co-living spaces, and neighborhood organizations. I work with property managers and community organizers to build programming that fits the space and serves the residents — from a single introductory class to a regular weekly series.
Custom format · In-person
Custom yoga and movement workshops for conferences, retreats, festivals, and gatherings. I work with event organizers to create sessions that complement the event's theme and energy — from early-morning grounding practices to interactive workshops on breathwork and alignment.
